Damn I can't remember his name, but the evil Doctor w/ the brain for a head.... The Lobe maybe? That would rule, because he was by far the funniest villain... Of course, the one-eyed Ricardo Montalban guy was pretty funny too, in a James Bond/Blofeld kinda way... I dunno.......

I just saw this one.. xD I really loved this show. I still do. It was the funniest cartoon ever! I also like when he runs around making that woosh noise pretending he's flying. And I can't forget that theme.. x3;
